Hmmm RIP! That is the mistake we make sometimes. This young man would have quarantined to see if any symptoms will manifest so as to start on time to treat. Who knows he wld av bin alive today and well but instead they allowed him to go. We he didn't transmit d virus to anyone bcos dat is how it spreads and difficult to contained.
